Carson's Table is a Northshore restaurant serving fresh Louisiana cuisine with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, house-made sauces, and seasonal specials. The bar program features tableside cocktail service and an extensive wine list curated by our in-house sommelier, with selections for both a weeknight dinner and an occasion worth marking.
Dine downstairs in the relaxed, woodsy room and bar, or upstairs for something more intimate and refined. We also host wine dinners and show work by local artists.
After leading award-winning kitchens for more than twenty years, Chef Carson returned to the Northshore to open his own restaurant near his family.
